What is Tao practice?

Science and spirituality for everyday healing

In plain words: a set of simple practices people do — alone or together — to support their health, their emotions, their relationships and their inner life.

What it is for

Many come with an illness, stress, grief or a relationship in trouble. Others come for more energy, peace of mind, or a deeper spiritual life.

What you actually do

Chant healing sounds, sit in quiet meditation, move gently, trace Tao Calligraphy, and practice forgiveness and gratitude. A few minutes to half an hour a day.

Whose teachings

The practices come from Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, “a Tao Grandmaster, trained in Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.” His teachings bring together traditional Chinese medicine and Tao wisdom about the universal laws. mastersha.com

The journey

One path, many ways in

Some people come because of an illness. Some come for peace of mind, some out of curiosity. Wherever you begin, the path leads to the same place: learning to heal yourself, and then to help others heal.

Neighbors carrying a nipa hut together — bayanihan
Built on trust

Like bayanihan, trust is carried together

We know trust has to be earned — especially for a practice you cannot see. So we listen first, let you try before you commit, and stay honest about what we can and cannot promise.

The honor exchange

Why is there an honor fee?

Healing cannot be bought. Like a visit to a doctor or a therapist, the fee honors a practitioner’s training, time and service — and keeps that service going. And you can always begin for free.
